About Us

Hello, My name is Max, creator of GardensOnline™. I grew up in a brownstone in Manhattan with a beautiful rose Garden that my mother and father created. Presently, it is a Zen bamboo garden with a pond. Seems bamboo grows well in all the seasons (see photo).

I hope this site enables more people to create gardens especially in cities where they are most needed. I invite gardening professionals to participate in this endeavor. Also I especially extend a welcome to city dwellers that have created beautiful gardens. Send us your photos.
